产品介绍

钙黄绿素*超纯级*是美国AAT Bioquest生产的钙指示剂,钙黄绿素,也称为荧光素,荧光素复合物,是一种荧光钙指示剂,其激发和发射波长分别为495和515nm。钙黄绿素在100 mM以上的浓度下会自动猝灭。它用作EDTA滴定钙离子和荧光测定钙的络合指示剂,微溶于水。质子解离常数为pKa1的= 2.1,pKa2 = 2.9,pKa3 = 4.2,pKa4 = 5.5,pKa5 = 10.8和pKa6 = 11.7。钙黄绿素溶液在酸性条件下发出黄绿色荧光,而在碱性条件下不发出荧光。但是,钙黄绿素在碱性条件下在金属离子(例如Al,Ba,Cu,Mg和Zn)存在下发出荧光。因此,钙黄绿素还可以用于除Ca之外的这些重金属离子的直接荧光滴定。齐岳生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供*优质的钙黄绿素*超纯级*。
