trFluor Tb羊抗鼠免疫球蛋白(H+L)是美国AAT Bioquest生产的荧光标记二抗,许多生物分子自身就具有荧光,它们广泛的纯在于生物器官里,如细胞、浆液和其他生物制品中。因此传统的敏感荧光素存在严重的局限性和不足,在进行生物监测分析时,生物分子的自发荧光形成很高的背景干扰。解决的方法是用长寿命的荧光素轭合物它具有高的时间分辨率(延长激发波谱和发射波普的检测)*大程度的减少背景荧光干扰。我们的 trFluor Eu荧光探针具有高灵敏度的能够做到时间分辨检测。在和传统的荧光探针相比(例如Alexa的Fluro和花箐染料), trFluor Eu 荧光探针具有较大的斯托克斯位移和极其长的发射光谱半衰期。同另外的TRF化合物相比我们的 trFluor Eu荧光探针具有较高的稳定性和很高的量子产率,而且可以和生物分子相连接。这一 trFluor Eu  山羊-老鼠 IgG (H+L) 轭合物在连接生物素酰化的**抗体时,通常用作第二步简接免疫荧光试剂。在以生物素莲亲和素为基础的生物学流式测试或者分析方面他是一个非常有用的工具。齐岳生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供*优质的trFluor Tb羊抗鼠免疫球蛋白(H+L)。
